KU - Are you serious?
So... have been discussing the situation with female immortals with fellow HL RPers and the question was raised... if a female was a virgin at her first death would she return to being so after sex each time?? Needless to say, given Cassandra, it's a fairly important issue for us... and could explain quite a lot about her!

What do you think, given the quickening etc?

It's to do with they hymen. It usually doesn't repair itself, although I am certain there are operations which do repair it. Odd but true. So I guess Immie healing would repair it.

You could go with it and play on it, I mean this is fandom, anything is possible. No one probably will care.

If you want realism there is a term for painful sex and they do bleed again and again, it's like having sex for the first time. I forget the name at the moment, but I can get back to you on it if the name comes to me. It's not frigidity.

Thanks and no, it's fine, it was just a discussion on the 'canon' of the healing (and yeah, we all know what it's to do with! *g* it wasn't the question, it's to do with the Quickening not human's physiology)

The question was raised in here a few years ago about what would happen if an immortal were to get a tattoo, and this question was raised in a discussion today and I'm just interested to hear what others, who play HL immortals thought about it. I have my own ideas and know what I will/am doing, but am interested in others thoughts.

Nod Nod.* I recall that. I usually base the healing off how mortal/human/body stuff heals and double it up with the Q, just for ease of thinking on 'healing'. I guess it just comes back to common sense.

If I were to go with it, I am thinking it would be like a scar. The immie who has the scar before the Q will likely still have it after. Thinking Kronos. So, if Cass does the nasty after her first death and gets a Q the hymen won’t repair. Well, in my mind it shouldn't taking the scar idea into thinking.

All I know is the absence or presence of a hymen shouldn't indicate someone who is 'virginal' and the fact they will have virginal sex.

But if you're going for angsty!Cass the idea of repairing hymen would work. And could be hella fun to write (and read :)).

Eh, probably neither helpful nor coherent. I'll leave it to someone who is more eloquent and less likely to garble it up.
